Tracking & Delivery Confirmation

  • You will receive a tracking number as soon as your order is on the way.
  • If your package shows as delivered but you did not receive it, you must report this to us by the next business day so we can open an investigation with our shipping partners.

We can only assist with missing-package investigations when the issue is reported within this timeframe.


Undeliverable Packages / Re-shipping

If the shipping carrier is unable to deliver your package for any reason (e.g., incorrect address, no response, or delivery failure), they will return the order to us.

Once returned, we are obligated to re-ship your order.
However, additional shipping fees may apply, depending on the carrier’s policy.


Damaged Orders

If you receive a product that is damaged upon arrival, you must:

  1. Report the issue within 24 hours of delivery
  2. Email us at customers@giftyana.com
  3. Include a clear video showing the damage to the product and packaging

Failure to provide the required damage video within 24 hours means we will not be able to send a replacement, as carriers require visual proof for compensation and claims.
