At Giftyana, every item is made specially for you. All our products are custom-made personalized products, created uniquely based on the details you submit during your order. Because of this, our return and refund policy is different from standard retail stores.
Order Amendment (Within 12 Hours)
You may request changes to your order within 12 hours of placing it.
If you need to update your personalization details or correct an error, you must contact us within this time window.
After 12 Hours
After the first 12 hours:
- We cannot accept cancellations
- We cannot make further modifications
- We cannot issue any refunds
Once production starts, your personalized product is printed, crafted, or prepared specifically for your order, which makes it impossible to return or resell.
No Returns or Refunds
Because each Giftyana product is created exclusively for each client, we do not accept returns and do not provide refunds.
This is the natural and unavoidable characteristic of customized, made-to-order products.
