Giftyana Refund Policy
At Giftyana, all our products are custom-made personalized products, created uniquely based on the information you provide at checkout. Because each order is produced exclusively for each customer, our refund policy follows strict guidelines.
Order Amendment & Refund Eligibility (Within 12 Hours)
You may request order changes within 12 hours of placing your order.
During this 12-hour window:
- You may request modifications
- You may request corrections to personalization details
- You may request a refund, issued as a store credit coupon for the full amount
After your amendment request is reviewed, we will issue a coupon code that can be used to resubmit your order.
After 12 Hours
Once the 12-hour window has passed, your order automatically enters production.
After this point:
- Refunds are not available
- Order modifications cannot be made
- Cancellations cannot be accepted
This is because all Giftyana products are printed or created specifically for your order and cannot be restocked or reused.
Why Refunds Are Not Possible After 12 Hours
Every personalized product is produced on-demand, to your exact custom details.
This means:
- Each item is unique
- Production begins shortly after your order is placed
- The product cannot be returned to inventory
- The product cannot be resold or repurposed
These constraints make refunds or cancellations impossible once production starts.
Errors in Personalization Provided by the Customer
Giftyana is not responsible for personalization mistakes entered by the customer.
Please double-check your:
- Names
- Photos
- Spelling
- Messages
- Custom selections
If a mistake is discovered after 12 hours, the order cannot be refunded or changed.
Damaged or Defective Products
If your order arrives damaged, please review our Shipping Policy for instructions on reporting damaged items within 24 hours of delivery.
A replacement will be issued only when the required proof is provided.
