Order Cancellation, Refund & Delivery Policy
Order Amendment (Within 12 hours)
You may request changes within 12 hours of placing your order.
Refunds are not offered, but you will receive a coupon of the same value to resubmit your updated order. Coupons are emailed within 2 business days.
After 12 hours
We cannot accept cancellations, modifications, or refund requests after 12 hours.
Because all Giftyana products are custom-made personalized products, they cannot be returned or refunded.
Replacement Policy
We aim for complete customer satisfaction and perform quality checks on all products.
If you receive a damaged or defective item, we will replace it.

Shipping Policy
Shipping partners do their best to deliver on time, but delays caused by weather, customs, courier issues, or other factors are beyond our control.
You will receive a tracking number once your order is shipped.
If tracking shows the product delivered to the correct address, we cannot issue a refund for claims of non-delivery.
If the courier cannot reach you after two delivery attempts, the package will be returned. Re-shipping fees will apply.
Please ensure that you provide a correct mobile number and shipping address.
