How long does delivery take?

Most personalized orders arrive within 10–15 business days, depending on your location.
If a shipping delay occurs due to the carrier, contact us and we’ll help investigate and follow up on your behalf.
Can I correct a mistake in the name, dedication, or customization?
Yes! You have a 12-hour correction window after placing your order.
Email us at customers@giftyana.com with the correct details.
After 12 hours, changes are no longer possible because all Giftyana products are custom-made and printed on demand.
How do I customize my Giftyana product?
Customizing your gift is simple:
- Select the product you love.
- Choose your preferred theme or style.
- Enter the child’s name and select the gender/character.
- Add your dedication text or choose from our suggestions.
- Customize extra characters or elements (if available).
- Preview your personalized product.
- Complete the checkout and payment.
Our customization tools make personalizing your gift quick and fun.
Can I cancel my order or get a refund?
You may cancel your order within 12 hours of placing it.
Because every Giftyana product is personalized and printed individually, we do not offer refunds after 12 hours.
For cancellations made within the 12-hour window, we provide a store credit coupon matching the order amount.

Do you ship internationally?
Yes, Giftyana ships personalized gifts worldwide.
Our coverage is expanding, and many destinations are already supported.
Shipping times and tracking availability may vary based on the carrier.
What if my order arrives damaged?
If your package arrives damaged, report it within 24 hours of delivery.
Please send a clear video showing the damage to customers@giftyana.com.
Shipping carriers require the video to validate claims — without it, we cannot offer a replacement.
How can I track my order?
Once your order is shipped, we send you:

You can follow your package from dispatch to delivery.
What payment methods does Giftyana accept?
